01 Acceptance
By creating an account or using Svmmon at svmmonapp.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Svmmon.

02 What the Service does
Svmmon is a hosted web application that helps creators generate slideshow-style and short-form video content for social platforms. The Service:
- Generates text and images using AI on your behalf
- Composites and renders slideshows and short-form videos
- Stores your recent outputs in cloud storage with a download and export option
- Optionally connects to your third-party social accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and others) for posting drafts
- Charges a recurring subscription via Stripe for paid features
03 Your account
To use the Service, you must create an account using either email or a supported OAuth provider (currently Google). You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- Activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate information when signing up
- Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 if you reside in the European Union) to use Svmmon. By creating an account you confirm you meet this age requirement.
04 Subscriptions and billing
Access to paid features is sold as a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime from your account page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No pro-rated refunds for partial periods. Exceptions made at our discretion.
- Failed payments trigger Stripe's default retry schedule. If retries fail, your account is downgraded to the Free tier.
- Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via the email associated with your subscription.
A free tier and 7-day free trial are available without a credit card. Limits are stated in the app at signup. At trial end or when free tier quotas are exhausted, you may continue using Free tier features or upgrade to a paid tier.
05 Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use Svmmon to:
- Generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property, defames any person, or violates any law
- Create deceptive, impersonating, or spam content for distribution at scale
- Generate sexual content involving minors, content depicting non-consenting individuals, or content that violates the terms of any third-party platform you post to
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what's permitted by applicable law
- Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs as-a-service to compete with us
- Use the Service in violation of the terms of any third-party API the Service connects to (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Anthropic, and others)
- Use the face-swap features (when available) to depict any real person without their explicit, documented consent. Public figures are explicitly prohibited.
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or abuse-prevention measures
- Use automated tools to bulk-create accounts or transactions
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section. In serious cases (CSAM, fraud, non-consensual deepfakes) we may also report violations to law enforcement.
06 Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to Svmmon. This includes your prompts, your hooks library, your image collections, and the slideshows and videos generated by the Service.
You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. We will not sell your content, train AI models on your content without your explicit opt-in, or use your content for our own marketing without your permission.
When you post content from Svmmon to third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and others), that content also becomes subject to those platforms' terms.
07 Third-party services
Svmmon integrates with several third-party APIs to deliver core functionality:
- Anthropic Claude — text generation
- Akool (when available) — video face-swap processing
- TikTok, YouTube, Instagram — content posting (with your authorization)
- Stripe — billing and subscription management
- Supabase — database and storage infrastructure
- YouTube Data API, Apify, Tavily, NewsAPI — research and trending content
Each of those services has its own terms. Your use of Svmmon includes implicit acceptance that Svmmon transmits portions of your data to those services as needed to provide functionality.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, billing changes, or policy decisions made by those third parties. If a third-party service becomes unavailable, the corresponding Svmmon feature may be temporarily disabled.
08 AI-generated content
The Service uses AI models to generate content based on your inputs. You understand and accept:
- AI output may contain errors, factual inaccuracies, or unintended content
- You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before posting it publicly
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free of copyright, trademark, or other third-party claims
- Outputs of generative AI are not eligible for copyright in many jurisdictions. We make no claim of copyright on AI output.
- The Service may be updated, retrained, or have features modified or removed at any time
09 Storage and data retention
Svmmon stores your recent outputs in cloud storage to enable convenient access. Retention varies by tier:
- Free tier: last 5 slideshows, 7-day retention
- Paid tiers: last 10–50 slideshows depending on tier, 30–90 day retention
Use the "Export All" button to download your full content history as a ZIP at any time. After retention windows, older outputs are automatically deleted unless you flag them as "Keep in cloud." We strongly recommend keeping local copies of work you want to retain permanently.
10 Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
Svmmon relies on third-party APIs and infrastructure for core functionality. We make no warranties about the availability, accuracy, or behavior of those third parties.
11 Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QOLVIX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
12 Termination
You may stop using Svmmon at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account from the account page.
We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account is inactive for over 12 months, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service, we will give 30 days' notice via the email associated with your subscription and provide an export of your data.
13 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Non-material changes (typo fixes, clarifications) take effect immediately upon publishing.
14 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction located in the U.S. state where Qolvix is registered.
